Personal Information Management (PIM) refers to the practice and study of the activities people perform in order to acquire, organise, retrieve and use information. In another words, it’s the foundation of everything we do today as information workers and the key to be the office hero that knows it all!
As organisations focus and invest on various information technology at the organisational level, little is being done to improve individual’s productivity in the age of big data. It’s no wonder that most researches indicate that the knowledge workers of today are all drowning in information and the challenge is only getting bigger.
